Creating holiday Miracles in the Wabash Valley

More Than An Event.

Since 2008, the annual Miracle on 7th Street has brought holiday cheer, festivities and a one-of-a-kind parade to downtown Terre Haute! But the real “Miracle” is the giving that happens thanks to the generosity of our community.

With no admission fee and most events and activities free of charge, the Miracle relies on sponsors, donations and numerous volunteers to create a winter wonderland. All proceeds and canned good donations benefit local organizations.

Miracle has written checks to 46 different charities/nonprofits, donating more than $245,000 and providing about 29,000 pounds of food.

Whether you’re looking for the perfect gift or want to create lasting memories in downtown Terre Haute, we have a full list of what to expect, what to do and when its happening.

Things To Do

This isn’t a typical parade! Organized by a group of dedicated volunteers at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, this one-of-a-kind parade incorporates festive lights, community groups and lots of fun!
